Individual Russian massage sessions
Russian massage, as practiced and taught in Systema, is a strong and intense massage usually performed clothed. It aims to reveal and release blockages and tensions through firm pressure and the use of breathing techniques. Various tools may be used during the session.

Fee: 220 CHF for one hour.
Payment is only accepted in cash on-site.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you notify me less than 24 hours before your appointment, the fee will be due.
One-Time Individual Sessions:
3 Sessions
This offer consists of working together in 3 sessions to be taken over a period of 3 months. You can, of course, renew the offer to continue the work or to focus on a different goal. This offer is particularly suitable if you have a specific issue in mind. It is ideal for getting acquainted with my approach and for goals that do not involve deep life changes.

Sessions are conducted remotely unless arranged otherwise and last approximately 1.5 hours each.

Fee: 1,450 CHF for the 3 sessions
Intensive support with 8 individual sessions and communication line
This offer is the most comprehensive and personalized, and I only provide it to 5 people per month at a time due to the high level of availability required. It consists of 8 sessions to be taken over a period of 3 months, and includes access to a communication space via WhatsApp to continue the work between sessions. This offer is particularly suited for those without clear goals and/or those who are ready for a profound transformation in their lives.

Sessions are conducted remotely unless otherwise arranged and last approximately 1.5 hours each.

Fee: 3,300 CHF for 8 sessions + communication channel (payable in 2 or 3 installments)
